As the lead designer for this project, I focused on transforming the scheduling and client portal experience for Happier Living. The existing platform created unnecessary friction for users, making it harder for them to schedule appointments and manage their mental health care.
My goal was to create a more intuitive and supportive experience that aligned with the emotional needs of the clients. Through user research, usability testing, and iterative design, I aimed to simplify navigation, improve communication, and streamline workflows.
